Cincar Consulting Group, LLC (C2G) was part of the consultant team retained to develop a transit master plan for DeKalb County, Georgia, in partnership with the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) and Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA). The plan is a 30-year vision for future transit investments in DeKalb County. It addresses the mobility challenges and opportunities, economic development, and improvements to enhance quality of life for DeKalb County residents.

C2G supported all phases of the study with a primary focus on strategy and policy development.
