Our team offers clients an integrated solutions platform across the infrastructure life cycle, combining C2G’s local market knowledge and our partners’ global insights. Organizations charged with developing and maximizing infrastructure assets fall short of being good stewards of resources entrusted in their care without strategic directions and purposeful intent. Developing the People assets responsible for the infrastructure projects is equally critical to an organization’s mission. We partner with our clients to expand options for successful delivery of projects and enhanced organization and people development.

Regarding aspects of policy development and potential project development, C2G is engaged as an advisor on the team assessing tolling for the State of Michigan. This study is in response to a legislative requirement for a thorough analysis of all aspects of tolling, prior to legislative action being taken. This study engages technical analyses of various toll scenarios and phases, while having an active public outreach strategy to provide a comprehensive draft study for the Michigan legislature in 2023. 

Our team is supporting public and private organizations with strategic plan development, training and consultation to bring diversity, equity and inclusion lens to talent management, policies and programs, project prioritization and community impacts.
